Applying for Membership

We welcome your interest in the Society.

• If you are a pediatric radiology fellow, submit the application with a letter from your program director verifying your training status. 
• If you are a practicing physician, submit your application with a copy of your CV and letters of sponsorship from two Active members of the Society.

• If you are a medical student or resident, we invite you to become more familiar with pediatric radiology and the Society through the Affiliate program. The brief enrollment form is available here and should be submitted as described above.   Affiliates are given access to the electronic resources of the Society, including the online journal, Pediatric Radiology, and do not pay dues.

Who are the members? 

• Active: Physicians with board certification and a significant interest in pediatric radiology or pediatric radiation oncology, Minimum of one year of training in pediatric radiology, or the equivalent (determined by the Board of Directors)
  Annual Dues rate = $400.00
• Associate: Other radiologists, physicians or scientists residing in North America with an interest in pediatric radiology who do not qualify for active membership
  Annual Dues rate = $400.00
• Corresponding: Pediatric radiologists who reside at a distance outside of the United States or Canada but who otherwise qualify for active membership
  Annual dues rate = $25.00 - Non-ESPR members are offered the journal at the members' rate
• Emeritus: Active or associate members who no longer are in practice.
  No dues - journal offered at members' rate
• Honorary: Individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to pediatric radiology or the SPR
  No dues - journal offered at members' rate
• Members-in-Training: Fellows in pediatric radiology
  No dues - journal offered at members' rate
• Affiliates:  Medical students and Residents are invited to sample the resources of the Society
  No dues - on-line journal access provided complimentary, Society news and access to SPR resources

Members are admitted monthly.
